Santa Board Workshop w/Gloria Bopp

Take a look at these santa boards! Wow.. what a workshop this was. Acrylic painting on a large board, taught by Gloria Bopp. All happy faces (on santas and painters). Everyone seems to have gotten "it", Gloria.

Nicole D.'s Monthly Painting Project

We are very fortunate to have such a wide variety of talented teachers. We just learned stenciling from a pro, Cindy, and we had Sherri lead us in the Plaid HD paints.

Nicole has very graciously offered to lead the D.A.W.N. members in painting on the purse, you see here, in acrylic paint. It's just gorgeous and the picture doesn't even do it justice. Keep an eye out for upcoming details in the newsletter. What a great Christmas gift this would make.

September 24th Monthly Painting Project/Meeting

This month, the members and guests of D.A.W.N. are priviledged to have Cindy Bateman leading the group in a stenciling project. The fall scene with pumpkin is on a wooden heart-shaped pin.

Cindy also has an

upcoming Saturday workshop during which she will teach the stenciling process on a larger scale. So if you've ever wanted to try your hand at stenciling, this is the meeting to attend. See the September newsletter for supply list and meeting info.
